Some things I have been wondering:

1. When a cat has diarrhea, why does s(he) stand in the litter box, but hang his/her butt over the edge and poop on the floor?

2. What makes cat diarrhea so sticky? Why is it nearly impossible to get it off the wood floor?

3. Why aren't I smart enough to put a mat under the kitty litter box?

4. Why must Sara pee on the living room rug when there is a perfectly clean litter box 2 feet away?

5. Why do I have so many pets?

6. Why do I often see shoes by the side of the road, or on the road? How do so many people lose their shoes while they are driving or riding in a car? Why don't they go back to pick them up?

Answers to any or all of these questions are appreciated.

I left a shoe on the side of the road once. I was coming home sick from work, needed to throw up, didn't want it on my steering wheel, saw my shoe, grabbed it & did my business. I certainly wasn't going to carry it home with me so I left it on the side of the road.

I lost a hat that way once, too.

Now I know that's a true story about Grandpa throwing up in his hat, but I don't remember hearing that you threw up in your shoe. You're kidding, right?

Nope, I was coming home from work. I was doing the bookkeeping at TJ Maxx in Woodbury at the time. I got the flu or something so I left work to go back to my apartment. I remember that it was cold and there was a lot of snow. I'm sure it froze REAL FAST!

The reason that I threw up in my hat was because I was really sick one time and Grandma needed to be picked up at the airport. Ken and I picked her up and I was in the back seat of my little Prelude. I couldn't get out fast enough so I puked in my ski cap (again it was winter). Why Ken couldn't pick Grandma up by herself when I was so sick is beyond me...

Now everytime I see a shoe by the road, I will think of puke. Thank you.
